Kent Dobson Five-Year Celebration and Silent Auction

October 9, 2022 @ 9:30 am - 1:00 pm

The C3 auction committee is tremendously grateful for the generous donations of members supporting our upcoming fundraising auction.

Now we need to flip the process and encourage members, families, and friends to come to the auction on Sunday, October 9th, and bid and buy!

We are especially encouraging people who follow C3 online to attend. It would be nice to see you in person, and frankly its the only way for you to participate in the celebration.

Please review the descriptions of auction items and events below. The scope of several fun events suggests that people collaborate on bids. We are pleased that we have items in all price ranges! Bidding will begin at 9:30 a.m. with minimum bids of 50% value (for most items). Bidding will pause during the Gathering and Celebration presentation and resume thereafter along with Big Bites, cake, and David Dean as emcee.

We need event volunteers beginning at 8 am. We will have a volunteer sign up sheet on Sunday, October 2 (or contact a committee member directly).

If you have questions or want to help, talk to or email: Teresa Colby, Andy Cawthon, Tom Edwards, or Shannon McMaster.

Published in 1988, Dave wrote this book, containing only questions, in response to the countless men he counseled in over 30 years in his private practice of psychology. Ironically, he learned about many questions mid-life men struggle with, from their wives and lovers. He also emphasized that it was important to find the RIGHT questions, the one’s that fit for the individual man in order to find meaningful answers. Given that mid-life men do discover the “right” questions, a “mid-life juncture becomes less of a crisis and more of a phase of creating and growing a new sense of self. ENJOY! Value: $30
