C3 inspires spiritual, intellectual, and creative exploration and action, led by the questions, “what are the biggest challenges we face on our shared journey, and how do we respond to those challenges?”

Tabitha Blanski is a visual storyteller working in film and photography. A mother and member of the C3 community, she loves stories of every kind and believes that the best ones teach us how to be more present in the short time we have. She aims to reveal something new and true about her subjects, helping them see the full scope of their beautiful humanity. She is currently completing her first documentary film on motherhood..
Sammie Hershock
Musical Guest
Sammie Hershock almost became a cloistered Catholic nun at the age of 18. Now she travels around Michigan singing songs about not knowing the answers. She weaves her humor and playfulness into the depth of the human existence, so audience members sometimes laugh and cry simultaneously. She is an award-winning Michigan-based songwriter, classically-trained pianist, mother of three incredible children, who majored in sacred music with an emphasis on the pipe organ. You won’t currently find her behind an organ at a church, but you may find little pieces of that influence throughout her original folk music.
